Ji Rui watched Ji Baby's small figure enter the school gate. That little guy seemed to sense his daddy's gaze, suddenly turned around, and flashed Ji Rui a bright smile. Then he placed his small hand on his lips and blew Ji Rui a kiss.
Ji Rui nodded slightly at him. The little guy, however, stood motionless in place. Ji Rui had no choice but to lower the car window and wave at him. Only then did the little guy, with a satisfied smile, turn around and skip towards the teaching building with his small backpack.
Ji Rui rolled up the car window and picked up a large stack of newspapers that were placed beside him.
"Xiao Li, the progress on the theme park has been a bit slow recently. Remind them that there's only half a month left until the first phase is completed."
Ji Rui picked up the R City Daily on top, spread it over his lap, and instructed the driver in the front who was focused on driving while skimming through the newspaper rapidly.
