"Dad has been arrested." Gina Sutton's gaze fell ahead, her eyes void of any soul.
"He deserves it." Summer Sutton reminded her coldly.
He's been allowed to live for so many years, he should be grateful!
"Our whole family, because of you, is utterly ruined." Gina didn't look at her; her gaze was unfocused, as if talking to herself.
Summer found her words particularly ironic, "Don't shift all the blame onto others! Would this be the result if you hadn't created your own misery?"
Did Gina even listen to her?
She knew that her dad would be sentenced to death, her reputation had already been completely destroyed by Summer during the wedding, and now their family of three was all finished!
