After more than half an hour, a black modified motorcycle stopped at Daisy Ginger's door.
The man in the jacket removed his helmet and lifted Erin Ginger off the seat.
"Ethan."
Daisy heard the voice, walked out from the door, and smiled as she greeted the man holding Erin's hand.
"Mommy!"
Seeing her, Erin broke free from Ethan's hand and ran into Daisy's arms.
Daisy affectionately kissed his little face and asked with a smile, "Did you miss Mommy?"
Erin said nothing, just hugged her and kissed her face several times.
As the mother and son cuddled, Ethan stood aside silently, until a tall figure appeared at the door, and he finally lifted his head to look at the man opposite.
One was elegant and composed, the other had a stoic and stern expression.
When their eyes met, there was a hint of stormy undercurrent in both men's gazes.
"Daddy, why are you here?"
When Erin looked up, he saw Edward Stephens and was clearly a bit surprised, but more than anything, he was happy.
