Daisy Ginger's breath caught slightly, and she pressed her lips tightly together, looking at Edward Stephens' cold and indifferent face.
If he really meant what he said, and intended to do this, she seemed... to have no options.
Daisy gingerly exhaled, closed her eyes to calm herself down, and then took a step forward.
After taking a few steps, her nape was suddenly grasped, and she bit her lip, enduring the pain, as he pulled her back and pressed her against the transparent glass door.
"There's nothing to talk about between us," Daisy looked at him, "I'm going back."
"When did I say you could go back?"
He lowered his head, his gaze deep and dark, the faint gentleness on his face had turned into ice and snow, with a cold indifference exuding from his brows.
"Then what do you want to do?" She laughed, "Kill me and abandon my body in the wilderness?"
Edward Stephens looked at the smile on her face, and at that moment, he really felt the urge to kill her.
