Arlo Seys and Langdon Seal arrived at Elephant Hill almost simultaneously. Just as Arlo was about to get out of the car, his phone rang, displaying the Seys Family's old residence's landline.
As soon as he answered, his father's authoritative voice burst through, "It's pouring rain over at Elephant Hill, and if you want to look for your friend, at least wait until the rain lets up! This heavy rain is making search and rescue efforts incredibly difficult!"
Arlo pressed his thin lips together, speaking to his father, "I know we can't use helicopters in this weather for search and rescue! Can you help me mobilize two teams to search on foot in the mountains?"
Evan Seys paused, "Is that friend so important to you? I just called the police station over there about the rain at Elephant Hill—it's too heavy, prone to landslides. Hiking into the mountains under such pouring rain is dangerous! We can only go in once the rain lightens, considering the safety of the rescue personnel."
