Sophia listened to Maya Spencer's rambling, let out a long breath, and said with utmost seriousness, "Maya, I've decided to give up on Christopher Scott."
"What?" Sophia's decision came too quickly, leaving Maya stunned.
She still remembered how this guy had sworn with conviction to win over Christopher Scott. How could she suddenly want to give up? Was it because of Sarah River's appearance?
Maya thought to herself, there's no way Christopher Scott would like Sarah River. Couldn't Sophia see that he's deliberately using Sarah River to provoke her? But this might be for the best.
