"President Williams, didn't you hear me say, 'used to be'?"
"Does that mean she's no longer Asher Land's woman?" A glimmer of hope reignited on President Williams' face.
"Of course, she said it herself." Rose Sterling echoed.
President Williams had malicious intentions towards Sophie Smith as soon as he saw her, and now, hearing she used to be Asher Land's woman, he was even more interested.
"Bring her to my room!" President Williams ordered a few waiters.
"Don't touch me!" Sophie's eyes were filled with disgust, as she tried to evade them, resisting any attempt to touch her.
The waiters looked at Sophie, a woman fiercely resisting, and inexplicably hesitated to move forward.
"What are you standing there for?" Jessica Wood walked up unhappily, grabbing Sophie's wrist. As Sophie was near the edge of the pool, this tug caused her, wearing ten-centimeter high heels, to lose her balance and fall into the pool.
She floundered in the water, exceptionally embarrassed.
