He then opened another chest, pulled out a handgun similar to the one he uses, and tossed it to Shushu, who easily caught it. "That's why you'll be using this until you're strong enough to use that."
"You're letting me have a gun?"
"Yeah, and before you ask, I'll place a seal on it that'll allow it to grow and shrink alongside you," Cain said, making the blonde excited.
"Really?! That's awesome!" She hugged Cain. "You're the best!!"
Rogue quirked an eyebrow and gave Cain a look that said, 'Are you two fucking or something?'

"Good. Let me know if you need anything else or want to grab a drink." Rogue made his way toward his truck. "Oh, and before I forget..." He stopped and turned to look at Cain. "She's looking for you."
Knowing who he was talking about, Cain shook his head. "I'm not surprised you know about her... Did you tell her where I was?" Instead of receiving a reply, Rogue gave him a playful smile, entered the truck, and drove off. "Figured as much."
