"Because they are not in your responsible territory," she explained. "I am not an Immortal. I do not know the details. I only know that there are territories where the Immortal Dimension creates over 99% of all stellar objects, but in your territory, it basically never happens."
"The Mortal Dimension produces between 3% and 7% of all stellar objects. Mortals are not strong, but there are a lot of them. It all depends on how many powerful Mortals are on different Planets."
"When talking about the Elemental Dimension, I have to differentiate between Planets, Moons, and Stars. The Elemental Dimension is only responsible for the creation of about 10% of all Planets and Moons, but it produces over 90% of all Stars."
