Emperor Winterfire followed the origin of the storms and noticed that they were growing weaker the closer he got to the east.

He continued to the east and reached the coast of the Twilight Duchy.
The wind was strong here, but it hadn't formed proper storms yet.
Emperor Winterfire did some calculations and focused on a specific spot in the sky.
Sadly, the spot where the origin of the storms should be was covered by some mountains due to the curvature of the planet.
The next moment, Emperor Winterfire took out an old emblem with a blue stone in the middle.
"Duchess of Twilight," he spoke. "I need to speak with you."
"Speak," the old emblem said.
"Someone in your domain is comprehending the Law of Wind, and their comprehension is causing devastation to my Empire. I will not stand in the way of your subject, but the effects need to be mitigated," he said.
The emblem didn't answer immediately.
