Chapter 179 - Easy Win!

Soon, everyone backed away, forming a wide circle and clearing space for the battle about to unfold between Leon, Argana, and Bache.

"Alright, there's no one to get in the way now."

"Leon, let's fight!!!" Argana shouted with fierce anticipation.

Before her voice had even faded, she was already in motion—a blur of shadow dashing straight toward her target.

Beside her, Bache mirrored her movements with no hesitation.

The two sisters came at Leon from opposite sides, launching a synchronized assault.

But Leon didn't flinch. His stance remained composed, his demeanor almost leisurely, as if he were standing in the midst of a spring breeze rather than under a fierce pincer attack from two Amazon warriors.

As they closed in, Leon finally moved—just barely. He lifted his arms, meeting both their attacks with effortless grace, his limbs weaving like a serpent's coils. He stopped their charge cold.

Undeterred, the sisters pressed forward. Their eyes gleamed with fighting spirit as they launched another round of ferocious attacks, fists and kicks flying. They unleashed the unique martial techniques of Telskyura, turning their movements into shifting shadows—rapid, merciless, and wild.

This was no performance.

They knew full well that Leon's strength surpassed theirs. But this battle wasn't just about strength. It was about pride—and desire.

They were here to see if they could earn the right to bring Leon back with them. This wasn't like their restrained matches against Tione and Tiona. This time, they held nothing back.

But Leon... didn't even need to respond in kind.

With just his two arms, he effortlessly parried everything thrown at him. His feet didn't shift. His breath remained steady. He split his focus and blocked all their blows with an ease that bordered on insulting.

Well... it's better than nothing.

Leon mused silently as he felt the occasional surge of heat brushing against his back.

Even now, he was only fighting in his base state, unbuffed by magic or enchantments—yet he was already brushing up against the upper limits of Level 6.

There simply weren't many opponents who could offer him a proper challenge anymore. In that sense, sparring against Argana and Bache had some value.

Outside the circle, Riveria watched with narrowed eyes, her gaze unwavering.

"…Leon's grown stronger again." She murmured, almost to herself, her tone tinged with a hint of awe.

"Ah... Leon, you've grown stronger again..." Ais echoed under her breath, staring at him with a quiet intensity. Her golden eyes flickered as a desire stirred within her.

I need to know... how he's getting stronger so fast. I'll find a chance to ask him... no matter what it takes.

It was a question that had haunted her for some time. Leon's growth—from Level 3 to now surpassing Level 6 adventurers—was something beyond normal comprehension.

Even as his friend, she knew the unspoken rule: don't pry into another familia's secrets. But Ais couldn't suppress her growing restlessness. Seeing him dominate two Amazon elites, each nearly on par with her, finally tipped the scales.

If there's a way to become stronger... even if I have to give everything, I will take it.

"Leon, pound them into the dirt!" Tione's voice suddenly shattered the silence, loud and aggressive.

Her hatred for Argana burned hot, and she made no effort to hide her desire to see her rival defeated—and if Bache got caught in the crossfire, so be it.

Tiona, standing beside her, cringed and gave Bache a sympathetic look. This really was a bit unfair.

"They're completely outmatched." On the other side, Kali let out a low sigh, her expression unreadable.

As the goddess of slaughter, she had an eye for combat and could read the flow of battle better than most.

It had only taken her a few minutes to realize the outcome.

They don't stand a chance.

Leon wasn't simply blocking—he was in complete control. Every movement of Argana and Bache was read and neutralized as if he were predicting their thoughts.

This man... hasn't even moved his feet once.

Kali narrowed her eyes at the battlefield, taking note. From the very beginning, Leon hadn't budged. No matter how violently the sisters struck, no matter how desperately they attacked, he remained rooted in place. Steady. Unshaken.

Argana and Bache noticed too—but instead of discouragement, it only made them more exhilarated.

Their eyes lit up with ecstasy born of battle.

Each strike they launched became more frenzied, more aggressive, as though their bodies were fueled by a bloodthirsty high.

'They live for this.' Leon thought as he began to feel the burning sensation fading behind him. The benefits of this skirmish were already dwindling.

There was no longer anything to gain.

The moment a tiny flaw appeared in Bache's rhythm, Leon struck like lightning. With a swift, precise motion, he tapped the back of her neck.

In the world Leon came from, that kind of move might only daze someone—but here, backed by his incredible power, it was enough to knock someone unconscious.

Bache's body tensed for a split second before her eyes rolled back, and she collapsed forward.

Leon caught her effortlessly.

Argana, who had been mid-attack, saw her sister fall—and knew.

The match was over.

They had lost. She had known from the beginning they weren't his match, but to be so thoroughly defeated... it stirred something wild in her heart.

They had been overpowered, toyed with—and it thrilled her.

That overwhelming strength was what they longed for.

"Come on!!!" She roared, voice crackling with mad fervor, and launched one last, desperate strike.

Bang!

A dull impact rang out.

The next instant, Argana fell—limp, defeated, eyes swirling with the same dazed look as Bache's.

Like her sister, she collapsed onto Leon's chest.

"Nice! Knocked 'em out cold!" Tione cheered, pumping her fist.

She didn't want them dead—just thoroughly humiliated. This was more than enough.

Leon gave her a small smile in return, then looked down at the unconscious warriors in his arms.

With a calm breath, he stepped toward the waiting members of the Kali Familia, intending to return their companions respectfully.

But when he raised his eyes, he was met with a row of blazing gazes.

The rest of the Amazons stared at him—not with hostility, but with open, eager hunger. Their eyes burned with intensity, worship, and... something far more dangerous.

Leon froze.

"…Not good."

Without another word, he tossed Argana and Bache forward like sacks of grain.

They were swiftly caught by two Level 4 Amazons, but Leon took a step back, wary.

The look in those women's eyes was not one he wanted to entertain.

Scary. These women are seriously dangerous.

They were pure, these Amazons from Telskyura. Untouched by the complexities of Orario. They worshipped power, sought out strong men, and didn't care for modesty or restraint.

"As we agreed, we won't bother you anymore." Kali stepped forward, her usual bloodthirsty smile stretched across her lips as she spoke to Leon.
