They had talked till late at night. In the end, they were both tired and Hilla drifted off.
Holding Hilla in her arms with a sigh, Halle comforted her with gentle touching on her hair, "Sleep tight. I'll be with you."
"Halle, it hurts!"
Hearing the whisper, Halle couldn't help but pursed her lips and tightened her arms around Hilla. She coaxed softly, "I know, I know it."
Halle was also tired, but she couldn't sleep well this night. After waking up, she saw Hilla standing on the balcony, leaning against the guardrail and looking down.
"What's wrong? Why are you awake so early?"
Halle took a coat for her and looked down as Hilla did. The girl was secretly watching Bruce getting in the car.
"You are not the one who did something wrong. Why are you so scared? You don't have to hide. If you have any questions, just go down and ask him."
"Halle, I don't know how."
