~Bella's POV
I hadn't even sat down when Noah hit me with the question.
"Who is Sabrina?" he asked, his voice sharp, eyes narrowed as he leaned across the table between us.
I blinked, confused. "What?"
He tilted his head, studying me. "Don't play dumb, Bella. Who is she?"
My stomach dropped. I hadn't expected this. I thought he messaged me because he missed me or needed to talk about the case. Not this. Not some woman I barely knew.
"How do you even know that name?" I asked, my voice low, guarded.
Noah scoffed and leaned back in his chair. "She came to see me. Here. In this prison."
My eyes widened. "She what?"
He nodded. "Yeah. Walked in here like she owned the place. Told me to tell you to stay away from her man. She said your little rescue mission is just a cover. That you're dating a married man and using him to save me and Mia."
