On Monday morning, Lucy walked into work, and just knew that something was different. At first she could not tell what had changed. Afterall it was the same building that she had left the previous week. Same furniture, same everything.
But then a little while after her arrival, Tristan walked into the office, a big smile on his face, and Lucy just knew that he was the reason for the change that she had been feeling in the building. It almost seemed as though Asher Industries headquarters was an extension of Tristan Asher himself that the building could feel when the CEO was happy and reflected his mood.
"Good morning Lucy, pleasant day we are having isn't it?" Earlier when she had come in, the skies had been clear. But now as Lucy looked outside, they were darkening with a quickness and she could see flashes of light amongst the dark clouds. It was also very windy, judging from the way some of the flags that she could see through the window were moving erratically.
