Leon looked at Zetch. He could tell that there was something serious, behind his joking tone. Zetch was not trying to rub it in. Zetch was actually trying to warn him.
The road went on and on. The wheels made a humming noise as they moved over the stone. It was evening now and it was coming in slowly changing the sunlight into a soft purple color that touched the tops of the buildings. The evening made shadows in the alleys. One, by one the lanterns started to shine like stars that were being careful.
