"Yes… tomorrow."
Her voice was really shaky at the end. It was so quiet you could barely hear her. The words she said sounded like they were trying hard to stay alive. Then the phone call ended. The nice warm feeling that was there, for a second was gone. Now there was a weird empty silence. This silence was ringing in Leons ears. It felt heavy in his chest. The silence felt really strange. It was bothering Leon.
The man did not move at first.
Golden eyes stared past everything they were really spaced out haunted by the sound of Cassidys voice that felt like a big bruise on his ribs. He took a breath it was shaky like he was trying to get something out that was stuck inside him. Then he breathed in again this time it was longer and deeper letting the air fill his lungs letting it help him feel more connected to the world around him little, by little.
