And then there were her eyes.
These eyes were large and dark. The kind of dark that pulls you in before you know it. At first they seem nice and warm like they are being kind to you maybe even forgiving you.. That feeling does not last very long. If you look at the eyes for a little long you will see something cold, in them. The eyes are large and dark. They can be a little scary.
Something was really gone from that place. The fire, the grief, the hope. All of these things had stepped back. Closed the door. The fire that once burned there was gone the grief that once hurt much was gone the hope that once felt so good was gone. They had all stepped back. Closed the door.
What was left was this quiet that felt really empty it did not feel like peace all it was just a stillness of the peace that we know.
