Once in the hallway, and staring at the door of my office which was closed, and now standing between Idris and I, I heaved a sigh of relief. In truth, I was happy to return home to Nicole, having missed her so much within a short period of time. While I browsed through my system in search of what to do, it was Nicole I was thinking about, not even the triplets.
Idris was still giggling inside like the son of a bitch he is, and my face curled up some more in disgust, although a feigned one. I turned towards the exit, and headed out. Idris was right, coming to the office today was a bad idea, and I'm only but lucky that I'm able to get away as quickly as I am.
My men were surprised to see me outside, and ready to leave so early, and so were the other staff whom I had met on my way out, especially those that weren't aware that I came to the office in the first place.
