Daniel calmly entered the elevator of the Everlight Moon Guild's main building. After receiving Lana's call an hour ago, he had come here without any delay.
He had wanted to rest today. After all, in the past few weeks he had gone through truly intense and strange experiences , dangerous ones, even coming close to death more than once.
However, it seemed fate had other plans for him. Lana had called and told him to come to the guild as soon as possible, and sensing that it was something important, he had come here immediately.
The elevator started moving, and it didn't take long before it reached the floor where the guild leader's office was located. When the elevator stopped, he stepped out and walked toward the guild leader's office.
Knock knock!
"Come in," a female voice that sounded somewhat tired came from inside.
Daniel opened the door, and the scene that greeted him was Lana sitting on her father's chair behind the desk. Her face looked full of fatigue and tension.
