At that moment, a terrifying aura burst out from it, shaking the entire tomb.
Drael stepped back with wide eyes, sensing the intense danger, while Daniel simply took a step forward.
"Law of Light… but corrupted?" Daniel muttered, frowning as he sensed the aura. It was definitely the Law of Light, but why did it feel so dark and sinister?
The monster grinned. A flash of light shot from its eyes.
The ground under Daniel melted. He dodged instantly, slashing horizontally with The Heavens Honor.
His blade tore through the air, but the monster activated [False Halo], summoning a glowing ring above its head that created a barrier, deflecting the strike.
The blade's aura carved into the stone, and the sound of cracking echoed through the tomb.
