After Kaiser and Viktor's sparring matches against Brock and Jin, the five of them didn't waste time waiting.
Despite the exhaustion still lingering in their limbs, they got right back to training.
Kaiser headed to the line of straw dummies where he was originally going at the start when he got here, his steps heavy but steady.
His face still ached from Brock's earlier punch, but that didn't stop him. He picked up his wooden greatsword—another one, since the previous broke during the spar—and stood in front of a dummy.
"Fuuuu..."
He adjusted his grip, inhaled deeply, and started swinging.
THWACK!
The dull thud echoed each time his weapon struck the dummy. His muscles burned, but he didn't stop.
His attacks were no longer wild and erratic like they were when he first started using the greatsword—now, they had structure. Purpose.
He recalled how Brock blocked and deflected his strikes with such ease. Each swing he made now was an effort to replicate that kind of control.
