"Jonah is a Pokemon trainer who focuses on Bug-type Pokemon. His main Pokemon are Scizor, Heracross, and Beedrill. They are quite strong, but there is still a big difference when compared to Jacob. The only thing you need to watch out for is his ace Pokemon, Beedrill."

"Even though Jacob is known as a Dragon-type trainer, his strongest Pokemon are actually the Grass-type Sceptile and the Fire-type Charizard. His third most powerful Pokemon is the Dragon-type Noibat."

The people giving commentary right now are Leon and Delilah. Both are well-known Pokemon battle commentators. They often work at the commentary desk for Gym Leader battles and King-level tournaments. Kindler spent a lot of money to bring these two skilled commentators here.

Leon is around fifty years old. He has a square face and a somewhat thick build. His voice is deep and strong, showing the confidence that comes from many years of working in commentary.

Delilah is about twenty-five years old. She stands 165 centimeters tall and weighs around 50 kilograms. She is young and pretty, with a great figure and good looks. This shows the usual setup for commentary during big battles - one person handles the technical analysis and stays calm, while the other looks good and keeps the audience interested.

Leon smiled and shared his thoughts. "For a Dragon-type trainer like Jacob, we usually call him a fake Dragon-type trainer, or maybe it's better to say he's a Flying-type trainer. This is because both Charizard and Noibat have Flying-type moves. Instead of being a real Dragon-type expert, he works more like a Flying-type trainer."

"Actually, Jacob seems to have other Dragon-type Pokemon on his team, but he only started training them recently. They haven't reached the Lord level yet. By the way, Mr.Leon, who do you think will win this match?" The young and beautiful Delilah asked while sitting nicely at the commentary desk. She kept her legs together and wore professional black stockings.

"Jacob will definitely win this battle," Leon said with confidence. Using his many years of commentary experience and his own skills as a Gym Leader-level trainer, he had the knowledge to make such predictions. "Jacob's Charizard alone is a problem that Jonah will have trouble dealing with. Add the sunny weather we have today, and there's a good chance that Jacob will sweep completely - beating all three enemy Pokemon with just his Charizard."

"A complete sweep?" Delilah smiled sweetly and looked straight at the camera. "Mr. Leon has made a bold prediction. Let's now look at the battlefield and see how this exciting match goes."

The official battlefield covered a huge area with different types of terrain. Besides the normal hard rock surfaces, the arena had areas of natural grass and an amazing water feature.

The pool took up almost half of the entire space. Its clear waters reflected the afternoon sunlight. Many stone pillars stuck up from the water's surface in smart positions. These gave resting spots and good positions for Pokemon during water battles.

"The rules for this match are three-versus-three singles format. Let the battle begin!"

"Go, Charizard!" Jacob called out with confidence.

"Go forth, Heracross!" Jonah replied.

Of course, Jacob sent out his Charizard without thinking twice. The amazing Pokemon, with both Fire and Flying types, had big advantages over all three of Jonah's Bug-type Pokemon. Combined with the bright sunny weather that would make Fire-type moves stronger, Charizard was clearly the best choice to start the battle.

Jonah chose to send out Heracross first. Beedrill was still his ace Pokemon, and he wanted to save it for a better moment in the battle. As for his Scizor, with its terrible four-times weakness to Fire-type attacks, it had almost no chance against Jacob's powerful Charizard in these conditions.

"There it is - Jacob's amazing Shiny Charizard!" Leon said with real admiration. "Every time I see this Pokemon fight, I'm amazed by how beautiful it is. If I had a Charizard like this one, I would definitely take it out for flights around the city every day." Leon's excitement changed to professional analysis as he started to introduce Jacob's special Pokemon.

"Jacob's Shiny Charizard has the very rare Solar Power ability, and it uses the special attack fighting style. What makes this Pokemon really special is that while it has trained its special attack skills to a very high level, its physical strength is also better than most physical attack Charizard."

"In this matchup, Charizard has every advantage possible," Leon said with complete certainty.

"Heracross, use Rock Blast!" Jonah commanded.

Having prepared well before this battle, Jonah had specially trained his Heracross to learn the Rock-type move Rock Blast. He hoped to use Charizard's weakness to Rock-type attacks.

Heracross used its strong arms to grab a big rock from the battlefield. The Bug-type Pokemon spun its whole body with great force, using power from its core muscles to throw the rock toward Charizard with amazing speed.

The huge stone flew through the air incredibly fast, looking like a cannonball as it rushed toward its flying target.

"Charizard, use Flamethrower!" Jacob countered right away.

The magnificent Charizard, flying gracefully through the air, showed amazing agility as it easily avoided Heracross's Rock Blast attack. Opening its huge jaws, intense flames started building in its throat, glowing with the heat of a furnace.

The flames burst out like a blazing dragon, streaming through the air straight toward Heracross with overwhelming power.

"Take flight, Heracross! Avoid that Flamethrower!"

While called "flying," Heracross's movement was more like jumping and gliding. Though Heracross doesn't look like a Flying-type Pokemon at first, it actually has wings hidden under its shell. These only show during aerial moves.

After jumping into the air, Heracross spread its hidden wings and glided smoothly through the air. It just barely managed to avoid the burning flames that Charizard had released.

When the first attack missed, Jacob stayed completely calm and gave his next command right away. "Charizard, get closer and use Flamethrower again!"

"Roar!" The Charizard's mighty cry echoed across the battlefield as it flapped its powerful wings, rushing forward toward Heracross. When it reached the best range, the flames that had been building in its throat burst out again with even more intensity.

"Heracross, use Endure!" Jonah called out desperately.

Normal-type energy flowed through Heracross's body, creating a protective barrier that covered its entire form like a shimmering shield.

The raging flames hit their target, completely covering Heracross's body as the fire continued to burn with endless fury.

"That's the Endure technique," Leon explained from the commentary booth for viewers who might not know. "This move, when used with Reversal, forms one of Heracross's signature combination strategies. Next, Jonah will almost certainly tell Heracross to use Reversal. The important question now is whether Jacob's Charizard can successfully dodge the counterattack."

Leon paused thoughtfully before adding, "However, Reversal usually needs King-level strength to work well. The fact that this Heracross can use it at Lord-level strength shows exceptional natural talent and training."

Jonah didn't disappoint Leon's prediction. With a dramatic gesture, he commanded his Pokemon to unleash its devastating counterattack. "Heracross, use Reversal!"

"Charizard, gain altitude immediately! Stay as far away as possible!" Jacob responded quickly.

Intense Fighting-type energy exploded from Heracross's hurt body. The serious injuries it had taken from the Flamethrower attack made the power flowing through its system even stronger. The Fighting-type energy appeared as a massive ghostly fist, blasting toward Charizard with tremendous force.

The most dangerous thing about the Reversal technique is how it works backward - the less health the user has, the more powerful the attack becomes. With Heracross using nearly every bit of strength it had left, the possible damage was absolutely devastating.

Charizard had already started climbing when it heard Jacob's command, creating a lot of distance between itself and Heracross. Despite this smart retreat, the energy shockwave created by the Fighting-type attack kept chasing the flying target. Although Charizard did evasive moves, dodging left and right with impressive aerial skill, it was finally hit by the energy blast and took minor injuries.

"Heracross is unable to battle! Charizard wins the first round!"

"The difference in basic power levels is simply too big," Leon commented with professional insight. "Combined with the type disadvantage that Heracross faced, there was never really any question about the outcome. I'm quite curious to see which Pokemon Jonah will choose to send out next."

"Will he use Scizor or Beedrill? If he chooses Scizor, it would be considered a small miracle if that Pokemon could land even one Bullet Punch before being overwhelmed by Charizard's four-times effective Fire-type attacks," Leon remarked with a knowing smile.

While Jonah's abilities might be considered decent among average trainers, there was still a big gap when facing the carefully trained and exceptionally powerful Charizard that Jacob had raised.

"Please send out your second Pokemon, Jonah."

Jonah hadn't expected that Jacob's Charizard would show such overwhelming superiority. After a moment of strategic thinking, he reached for his Beedrill's Poke Ball with determined resolve.

"Go forth, Beedrill!"

Exactly as Leon had predicted, Scizor's chances of winning against Charizard were basically zero. Under these circumstances, it made far more tactical sense to send out Beedrill for a direct fight with Jacob's formidable Fire-type Pokemon!
