Chapter 19 - 19: Bonus chapter

Lu Feng sat on his throne with his hands underneath his nostrils, the wanted image of him floating at the level of his height when seated.

"I am the bringer of death, stripper of women, fucker of—shit, no, no, that doesn't sound well," Lu Feng scoffs.

After he had won his first fight in the academy exam, he couldn't stop thinking of how ridiculous the name Pussy Lover sounds like.

The academy exam was five days long, and the last day would be for the first-place and second fighter.

As Lu Feng sat thinking of the name he wanted, Ai Ming interrupted him as she opened the golden, majestic door.

At the same time, the paper disappeared by Lu Feng's order. "Were you busy?"

"Psh, nah, I wasn't," said Lu Feng. "Any news about what the public has decided to call me?"

Having heard the question, Ai Ming raised her eyebrow, now knowing what Lu Feng was thinking before she interrupted.

"Not yet, but the prisoner—the goddess one—she escaped," said Ai Ming, almost not wanting to be the one who gives the bad news in case it infuriated Lu Feng.

"And the chains?" asked Lu Feng.

"Oh, they're on the floor." Ai Ming didn't know why Lu Feng asked about the chains, but she was glad he wasn't furious.

"What about Xi Wang? Obviously she let her out," said Lu Feng.

He didn't expect Xi Wang to be that stupid. Unholy chains used against a saint—there was no way on earth Mei Ling could have escaped it.

So if a saint can't break unholy chains, only unholy ones could escape. Xi Wang was the fool who let Mei Ling out.

But that didn't matter. He had done what he said he'd do to Mei Ling, and on the mortal realm, goddesses could barely use their powers.

Even the little powers she came with—the unholy chains had sucked most of it.

Lu Feng picked up the chains while looking at Xi Wang.

"I guess you're not smart enough. You thought she had the powers to break you free," Lu Feng scoffs.

He knelt on a knee close to the naked lady, raising her chin to face her snake-like eyes.

"Sadly, Mei Ling has little powers left on her," Lu Feng's voice held anger towards Xi Wang.

"Who... who cares, bwhaha," Xi Wang laughed. "She's already on her way to warn the kingdoms about you. She'll rally every strong god in the mortal realm. Not only the heavens would be looking for you—even here, you wouldn't be safe."

As she said the obvious truth, it infuriated Lu Feng.

"You'll live your entire life in fear. Be afraid, Lu Feng."

Ai Ming saw the truth in her eyes—she wasn't kidding. And hearing these things, she would kill Xi Wang if Lu Feng gave her the space.

"Afraid?" Lu Feng chuckles. "Afraid of who?" His voice held no emotion, flawlessly cold.

"Mortals? Afraid of a fellow god?"

Their eyes were inches apart, and before Xi Wang could say anything else, Lu Feng did the last thing she'd think of—he kissed her, seizing her breath.

And slowly, her face began turning white-pale. Then, it froze, taking the form of ice, and then she shattered to falling pieces of ice.

"Where is Rong?" asked Lu Feng, gradually standing up.

"She's at the mall."

"Wait, what? Mall? The mall she said she'd get me?" asked Lu Feng with a jovial expression.

For someone who had just killed, he looked a lot like an innocent child who hasn't told a lie or begged for a lollipop.

"Hmmm... yes, the harem mall," Ai Ming added.

"She even named it what I said... Tell me, is the mall selling well?"

"Yes. Lady Rong holds a very big influence, which attracted wealthy buyers. We've made over 30 million dollars on the first open."

Having heard that, the chains fell from Lu Feng's hand, but he quickly composed himself as he stared at the floor.

When he looked at Ai Ming again, his demeanor had changed from a child with cute eyes back to the most wanted man in the universe.

"If what you say is true, then this man must be more dangerous than we thought," said Princess Hua.

Her elder sister looked at her, feeling a bit worried she was involving herself in this matter.

"Hua, I think you should focus on the tournament. I'll handle this," said her sister, Lian.

In front of them, Mei Ling stood still, looking like someone who escaped torture—only that she escaped prison.

However, Lian's personal bodyguard was still skeptical about everything she had said.

About the name of the wanted man being Lu Feng, and that he was a banished god from the heavens, killed, and somehow transmigrated into their world.

And when they say, "Take us to his hideout," she claims not to remember a thing about the route.

Dealing with an overpowered criminal was something he knew they could handle, but dealing with a god—that's something else.

"You said there were seven of you. Isn't there a way you could contact the rest of the saints?" asked Princess Hua.

Again, her sister looked at her. Mostly everyone in the room.

"Yes, but I've been having issues with my connection to heaven, and I—"

"You need rest, miss. Hua, get her a room, clothes, and something to eat."

Princess Hua gave a nod, and when she stood up, her sister could see the curiosity in her eyes.

"And no questions on the way," said Lian. "General Gu, scout the city for this man," said Lian.

"No need. When the moon is out, he'll come for me," said Mei Ling.

"Moon? You say that like there is something about the moon he likes," Lian noticed.

And Mei Ling's answer proved her right. She walked towards the window, as if hoping the sun doesn't go down so quickly.

"Because Lu Feng feeds on the moon. He can break through his limits endlessly when the moon is out. In the heavens, he is in charge of the moon, and the moon goddess blessed him with that."

General Gu looked outside the window and chuckled. "We only have three hours before the moon comes out."

As of now, everyone in the room was catching goosebumps.
