Penelope wished she had planned so she had something to tie his hands with, but there was nothing nearby besides the ribbon tied into a bow at the front of her dress.
"Can I?" Penelope wondered, pulling at the ribbon to snap it off her dress. "Why was that so easy?" She asked, shocked that it was no longer part of her dress.
Tyrion smiled. "I don't think this dress is meant for you to wear again. It all looks easy for me to discard if we were in a rush."
Penelope tugged the ribbon so it was no longer in the shape of a bow and used it to tie Tyrion's hands.
"I would have been obedient," Tyrion said.
It would only take one attempt for Tyrion to snap the ribbon and hold Penelope if he wanted. Nothing would get in his way of touching her now.
"It's to be cautious," Penelope replied.
Penelope continued to undress Tyrion, but as she did so, she enjoyed the sight of him in his uniform.
