The actions of Momiji, naturally, couldn't escape the perception of the three women present.
Everyone's eyes went wide in shock. Fujiwara Chika instinctively raised her hand to cover her face — but the wide gaps between her fingers betrayed her curiosity.
Momiji was gentle yet firm. Kaisen, being directly involved, could feel it clearly. After a long moment, she lowered herself from tiptoe, wrapped her arms around him, and buried her flushed face against his chest, inhaling the faint scent of his uniform and the freshness of his cologne.
"Wait… I'm sorry," she murmured, voice trembling slightly. "I've only ever read about this before. This is my first real attempt, so I might be a bit rusty."
"It's already good, but…"
"Now isn't the time to talk about that, right?" Kaisen replied quietly, feeling her genuine emotions through her trembling hands.
Meanwhile, Sonoko, Chika, and Kaguya stood frozen, their brains buffering.
Sonoko: "So… amazing…"Chika: "W-Whoa! Momiji's so bold!"Kaguya: "A human-shaped cattle! A beast without self-respect! A brainless creature in heat with just enough nutrition in her chest! How shameless! How—how unforgivable! Damn it, @#¥%...!"
Composing herself with visible effort, Momiji pulled away from Kaisen's arms, turning to face the trembling Shinomiya Kaguya with faint disdain and a perfectly calm smile.
"According to your standards, Lady Kaguya, does that mean I should live with Kaisen-kun now?"
Kaguya: "T-Together… live together? (ΩДΩ)"
"Unexpectedly, Momiji-chan is quite agreeable, so I'll forgive you," Kaguya said stiffly, folding her arms. "Of course… you'll get pregnant afterward."
"Preg… pregnant?"
Momiji blinked in confusion. Then, her cheeks flamed red as she realized Kaguya was implying she and Kaisen would definitely have a child together.
Sonoko: "Wait—what?"Chika: "Pregnant?! From that?!"
Neither of them thought too deeply about it—they simply didn't get what Kaguya meant.
At that moment, Kaisen finally remembered something very important: Kaguya Shinomiya had absolutely zero common sense.
He looked at her, half amused and half helpless.
"So, Kaguya… you think that if you kiss someone — even indirectly — a girl gets pregnant, right?"
"Isn't that how it works?" she asked, utterly serious.
The room fell dead silent.
Sonoko was the first to break. She grabbed her waist, imitating Detective Mouri with exaggerated gestures, sticking out her tongue and laughing so hard she nearly fell over.
Chika was next — she collapsed onto the sofa, pounding it with her fists, tears streaming down her face.
"Hahahaha! Kaguya-chan, that's so cute! Where did you even get that weird wrong knowledge from?!"
"W-Wrong knowledge!?" Kaguya's blank expression froze. "Wasn't that… true?"
"Anyway, Kaguya-chan, don't worry," Chika managed between giggles. "You won't get pregnant."
But as soon as she said it, realization hit her — she had also kissed Kaisen indirectly.
Her laughter stopped abruptly. Her face turned scarlet. Her eyes darted toward Kaisen, full of awkward, fluttery panic.
Wait, if indirect kisses don't cause pregnancy… does that mean… it's okay? Or maybe—?!
Her brain immediately exploded in pink smoke.
Kaisen sighed. At this rate, the entire student council would need counseling.
"By the way, Kaisen," Momiji said after a moment, finally calming down from her excitement at seeing him. "I actually brought you a gift."
As she spoke, her fingers brushed her waist, retrieving a sleek red-and-white Poké Ball.
"I brought you something truly special — something rare."
Click!
Light burst from the Poké Ball, flooding the room.
When it dimmed, a small, dragon-like creature stood before them — an Axew, but unlike any they had ever seen.
Its scales shimmered with a deep aquatic blue, polished silver armor tracing its limbs and spine. Fin-like appendages replaced its tusks, and a sharp dorsal fin ran along its back like a ship's keel.
Its crimson eyes gleamed with calm power, while faint bubbles rose from its mouth as it breathed, mist curling around its metallic claws.
Sonoko: "Is that… Axew?"Chika: "Not just any Axew…"
Momiji smiled proudly. "Its types are Water and Steel."
Kaguya: "Black? Why is it this color? Is it Shiny?"
Momiji shook her head. "It's extremely rare. Iori found it during a mission in the Torren Region. According to our family's researchers, it seems to be the product of genetic experimentation — similar to regional forms, but with obvious traces of human intervention."
As she spoke, Momiji leaned closer to Kaisen, wrapping both hands around his arm affectionately.
Kaguya's eyes glowed crimson with envy. "Damn it~! @#¥%..."
Sonoko smirked. Trying to bribe Kaisen with money? Impossible. If Kaisen were the type to accept gifts, he would've taken the Dratini she'd given him long ago.
But this time, to her shock, Kaisen didn't refuse.
He crouched down, reaching a hand toward the little Axew.
Axew tilted its head, watching him curiously. Its crimson eyes reflected Kaisen's image — calm, steady, and quietly powerful.
The creature's instincts warned it that the human before it was strong — dangerously strong.
Compared to following Momiji, the dragon's natural admiration for power made it gravitate toward Kaisen instead.
"The little guy seems to like you," Momiji said softly, crouching beside him with a delighted smile.
As she watched them, an image flickered in her mind — the three of them together, like a small, happy family. The thought made her cheeks glow with warmth.
Seeing her tender expression, Kaisen felt a strange sense of calm.
"Thank you, Momiji," he said sincerely. "I really like this little one."
When he turned back toward her, he was momentarily stunned — her short tan hair framed her face perfectly, her porcelain skin glowed under the soft light, her sapphire eyes sparkled with confidence, and her lips curved in a soft, proud smile.
His gaze drifted downward — to the subtle dip of her neckline, and the shadowed hint below.
Noticing his glance, Momiji blushed, but instead of shying away, she lifted her chin proudly and tugged her neckline just a little lower.
"See something you like, Kaisen-kun?" she teased in a whisper that only he could hear.
The poor president froze.
"Seriously, Kaisen!" Chika exploded, face red. "Didn't you say you didn't want to accept expensive gifts from others?! And that you weren't going to raise any new Pokémon yet?!"
"And yet, here you are!" Sonoko added, jabbing her finger accusingly.
Kaguya clenched her fists, her twin tails twitching like angry serpents. "The student council is not a love hotel! President! What are you doing!? PRESIDENT!!!"
The screams of three outraged girls echoed through the student council room.
Today's results: Momiji — Triple Kill!
"Fafnin~"
From the corner of the room, the Fafninter lying lazily on the floor suddenly lifted its head and growled softly, staring at the little black Axew beside Kaisen.
Everyone turned toward the sound.
On the nearby monitor, the Fafninter's eyes glowed protectively as it watched over Kaisen, and Momiji's eyes sparkled in realization.
"Oh! That reminds me!" she exclaimed, reaching into her bag. "I actually prepared another gift!"
Kaisen sighed in quiet defeat. "Another one?"
"Of course," she said, grinning like a mischievous fox. "After all, I can't let Sonoko or Kaguya catch up, can I?"
Kaguya slammed her hands on the desk. "You're competing for him!?"
Momiji winked. "Naturally."
Sonoko threw her hands up. "Unbelievable! She's completely open about it!"
Chika, still red-faced, clutched her cheeks. "I can't tell if this is a romance or a war anymore!"
Kaisen could only rub his temples as the chaos unfolded around him — a Water-Steel Axew curiously tugging at his sleeve, a noble girl trying to outshine her rivals, and three furious onlookers plotting revenge.
He exhaled slowly.
Another normal day in the student council.
