Chapter 15 - Talking to the Soul King

Samael entered the world of Bleach without any obstacle. Before taking any action, there was someone he needed to see—and without hesitation, he appeared in the Soul King Palace. Strangely, no one noticed his presence except the Soul King.

Even a transcendent being like Ichibē Hyōsube—someone spiritually close to the essence of an angel—could not sense Samael's presence.

The Monk Who Calls the Real Name was completely incapable of perceiving him.

Samael had no interest in the Royal Guard. If not for his respect toward the God of this world's creation, the Soul King, he would have already punished those insolent mortals who had dared to seal a god.

To him, these lowly insects—especially the nobles of the Soul Society—were arrogant beings, worms leaning on the glory of their ancestors while pretending to be gods.

Now, he could understand Aizen's feelings. This world had been wrong from the very beginning.

A world founded on betrayal and hypocrisy was intolerable.

Samael, who once viewed this world with the gaze of a god, could not comprehend it.

But now, looking at it from a first-person perspective, he understood why Aizen despised this world so much.

Its very structure was disgusting—creatures who sealed their creator, then severed his limbs, pulled out his bones, removed his heart, and used his body as a pillar to support the three worlds.

Betrayal of the creator—this was a sin unforgivable even by death.

That's why Samael hated the beings of this world.

They were so low that not even one of them was worth saving.

The people of this world reminded Samael of a classic story from the Holy Book:

"God saw that a city was full of sin and decided to destroy it."

Abraham asked, "If there are a hundred righteous people in that city, will you still destroy it?"

God answered, "For the sake of those hundred, I will not destroy the city."

Abraham asked again, "What if there are ten?"

God said, "For the sake of those ten, I will not destroy the city."

Finally, Abraham pleaded, "What if there's even one righteous person?"

God replied, "For the sake of that one, I will not destroy the city."

But in the end, there was not even a single righteous soul in that city.

It was completely destroyed, and fire and brimstone rained upon it.

This world was exactly the same—not a single good person existed in it.

Logically, it seemed impossible—surely there must be some good people.

But this was a world built on a sea of blood—like hell itself.

How could any good person exist in such a place?

All beings in this world were born sinners. That original sin was engraved into their souls, and not even reincarnation could cleanse it.

Even though Samael himself wasn't a good person, he instinctively despised this world.

Everything about it was repulsive to him—a world built upon betrayal.

His thoughts were interrupted as he saw the Soul King.

Although no emotion was visible on the Soul King's face, Samael could feel his curiosity—a gaze born from encountering a foreign god.

"This is our first meeting, Soul King."

Samael smiled. A communication beyond language was established between them.

The Royal Guard had no idea that someone had entered the palace and was speaking to the Soul King.

Their conversation wasn't long. Even the creator of this world didn't reject Samael's presence.

Samael realized that the Soul King did not interfere in events and only wished for things to follow their natural course.

Still, he asked Samael not to destroy this world or change the future too drastically.

Samael agreed—he held no real value for this world anyway.

"Would you like me to unseal you?"

Samael paused and asked this unexpected question.

But the Soul King gave no response—as if it didn't matter to him.

The Soul King, as the omniscient and omnipotent one, surely knew the future.

Perhaps he had known from the beginning that this day would come. Samael didn't understand why he was so indifferent.

"If this is your decision, I will respect it."

Samael continued:

"But if you ever change your mind, you can become one of my angels. I will welcome you with open arms."

With the Soul King's permission, he did not remain there any longer and vanished.

The Soul King stared at the place Samael had gone, and the palace returned to silence.

---

Two people were sitting at a table, sipping tea. The first was a man with brown hair and a gentle smile—he radiated a calming aura, like an older brother.

The second had a beautiful and androgynous face.

The brown-haired man was Sōsuke Aizen—the very villain who had deceived all of Soul Society.

"Well, Mr. Samael, won't you introduce yourself?"

Aizen spoke with that same ever-present smile

"I'm sure you've made some guesses."

Samael responded in a playful tone.

"That's right. A guest who can stop time is definitely an unexpected one."

Aizen glanced around. Everything was frozen—time had stopped. In this world, no one but Samael, Aizen, and the Soul King was aware.

"My identity isn't all that special. I'm just a foreign god who came from outside your cosmos."

Samael smirked.

Even Aizen hadn't expected such a response—for a moment, he was surprised, but he quickly regained his composure.
