Dong Ming had a plan.
His brilliant mind had a come up with a brilliant plan for his brilliant body.
A pause in novel transmission,
Author's note: others don't try the plan ? Lol, for real, don't.
Continued transmission
Muscle pull, strain, the muscles were not as relaxed as they ought to be.
Newton's third law of motion, every action causes an equal and opposite reaction.
Decisiveness of mind, in tune with his body, high pain tolerance or endurance, and a sprinkle of madness or ingenuity, whatever way another saw it.
That was what factored into Dong Ming's plan and effected it's execution.
In reality it wasn't as simple as it seemed, at all.
That first seizing of momentum, being the first to react after the race began, not just even being the first, he had reacted almost immediately.
By doing so, Dong Ming had bought himself time and seized the initiative.
This was where he started to win.
Newton's third law of motion and understanding the intricacies of a muscle pull, and the body physiology.
His right leg was strained, not relaxed.
So he relaxed it.
With force, amidst serious pain.
His stompings.
Dong Ming truly had a plan.
From behind the the speed of his peers had already started getting faster.
The effect of acceleration.
At the early beginning of a race, racers weren't very fast, at least not yet.
The human body always needed to accelerate, this happened in time, of course for athletes it was in seconds.
It was this few seconds Dong Ming had made use of to strongly long "jumps" forward.
Fourth lung.
Fifth.
By now the others had almost caught up, closing in on Dong Ming swiftly.
His fourth and fifth lung both very good "long jumps ", but not very good in effectiveness.
Truly the very knowledgeable ones were right, the advantage from his long jumps wasn't sustainable, and it wasn't effective at all.
Truly the only thing effective in races, running, is running.
But was that Dong Ming's plan all along.
Long jumping ?!
Not at all.
Those in the arena on seeing the shrinking distance, and the impending gaining over Dong Ming, the cheers died.
Feng Lin adjusted his glasses, putting on a confident and I'm right flair.
" What do you expect a miracle ? "
He thought in his mind.
As expected Dong Ming wanted to amuse his fans and the amusement had ended.
But truly Dong Ming did really shock him, he had expected him to not even move, but those long jump lungs, with those impacts, on a muscle pull, certainly it would have pained right?.
For amusement, was it worth it.
Why go so far for amusement, was it worth it.
Feng Lin shook his head.
Losing this race, it couldn't do so much on Dong Ming, he admired the guy a lot, who wouldn't, Dong Ming was so spectacular.
If he lost this race, although a bummer it wasn't really an issue.
So why did he do this if there was no point, if he was still going to lose, going through so much pain.
Maybe he was trying his best.
Rhoda watched, although she and the other party had some issues which she was still going to iron out, she didn't want Dong Ming to lose for such.
At the very most if he lost because he lost, that was fine, not because of an external influence.
Coach Ping watched the race and he wasn't too surprised about Parker and Yan Ding covering against Dong Ming.
The muscle pull was no one's fault, it was truly a loss for Dong Ming, but nothing could be done for him.
One could say he wasn't lucky today, unlucky.
From the fifth lung and stomp, Dong Ming felt a light pain flowing from his right leg.
Light pain.
He knew the rest were just behind, covering the distance.
Beautiful competitors, one had to know his five lunges created serious distance, but alas to no effect .
Was it to no effect?!
Dong Ming smiled brightly, even taking a very short moment to wave at the crowd as he regulated his breath, stirring up his within.
Feng Lin was wrong and right.
Amusement, wrong, what rubbish amusement, was he Dong Ming a clown that just wanted to perform.
Trying his best, right, he was trying his best, if he didn't think his best was feasible he would have stopped the race.
But his best was spectacular.
Dong Ming felt proud of himself, amidst it all he had done something.
And he wasn't done yet.
Now was time to run.
