"I'm just scared of the water." I finally admitted. "I can't swim, and I'm scared I'll drown, that's why I'm like this. It has nothing to do with my back."
With that declaration, I was able to make things clear to them.
"Anyway, I just won't go into the water and it'll be fine." I said, getting up. "You guys want to take a dip in the pool and feel refreshed, right? Then do that. Don't change the plans now because of me."
Then again, this was my chance to watch them half-naked, swimming in a pool and looking like ethereal mermen, ahem.
"And if it bothers you that my back is getting in the way," I continued, turning to Jin-Yeok, "Then I'll wear a shirt. That settles it."
I literally gave them no more reason to retort and we decided on that.
We were going to the swimming pool.
"Phew," I exclaimed, trying to calm my heart, and opened my eyes. I was in the changing room, putting on my swimming trunks and a shirt that helped cover my back but exposed my chest.
