Olivia could feel the commotion around her. She could feel the rattle on the floor, the growl, and the blood in her veins telling her that something bad was going on around her.
She could feel it but she was too weak to do anything.
'It hurts.' she thought.
Her insides were burning and she could feel a certain leakage from someone inside her body. She didn't know how she was able to tell but she was feeling it very well.
She was feeling something devastating.
'Papa, Daddy, it hurts so much,' she cried in her thoughts, tears rolling down her face despite her unconscious state. 'But who's calling me?'
It was a call but not through her name. No one called her name, and she could not hear her name, but she felt and knew someone was calling her.
Someone close by.
Slowly, she began to regain her consciousness and then she heard the growls and whispers of a wolf.
