They took the cab back to Michael's house, and as they got out of the cab, Alyssa kept her eyes on Doctor Ro, who looked at the building as if it was nothing impressive.
He was surprised, though, but it did not show on his face.
He just didn't expect that an Alpha's Female would be living in such a shabby place. Well, it was better than his place, at least.
It did make him suspect that he might be a trap for him, but unless Michael expected him to suddenly plan an ambush for him on his way back, there was no way he could've set this up.
So, this was definitely his residence.
He took out a cigarette since he was feeling so cold and he was sure Michael wouldn't mind him smoking in his house since he didn't say anything all along.
But was the Alpha really here? What Alpha would wait in this shabby place for his female?
He wasn't sure there was any Alpha in their country who was this low level? Then was it a small pack Alpha? If so, would they be able to afford his money?
