Elian couldn't say anything back to Bianca's accusation. They were not strangers, nor were they only friends or allies in the same faction. They were lovers, Tyrant and Anchor, husband and wife.
While many said there had to be no lies between spouses, many would claim that it was dependent on the circumstances. More often than not, love was the reason why one would want to shield his beloved from the truth.
The Tyrant might be able to use his INT stat to figure out physics and plots, but it was useless in relationships.
