I know they're only teasing me.
But it's still annoying how close Dad and Lore are getting.
I glanced at my ring—the one I take very good care of.
"Hurry up, dear," Mom said, rubbing my back.
I still haven't tried the toys I bought last night. I charged them… and then completely forgot about them because I had to review for the upcoming exams.
"You have a pimple," Lore said, pointing at the adorable dog-shaped pimple patch on my forehead.
Hormones.
Yeah, my boobs are stiff and sore too. I'm pretty sure my period is coming soon. Which explains why I've been… restless.
And yes, lately my thoughts about my fiancé have been a little questionable.
We're still in college, and even though neither of us are minors, my parents absolutely refuse to let us get married yet.
"I'm still mad at you," I muttered.
"It's fine," Lore grinned. "As long as it's not the silent treatment."
I headed back upstairs, brushed my teeth, put on some lipstick, and reached for my bag.
