Chapter 33 - Chapter 31: Weak alliance

Deep within the obsidian heart of the Tusk's fortress, high-ranking officials gathered around a holographic display. It projected a shimmering image of the Ogen's home planet, a world of intricate spires and humming technology. The Tusk's leader, a towering figure whose razor-sharp horns seemed to pierce the very air, spoke, his voice a low rumble that sent tremors through his subordinates.

"The hour has come to finalize our pact with the Ogen," he declared, his eyes gleaming with a predatory ambition. "Their technological prowess is the sole key to unlocking our true potential. With their advanced systems, we can finally shatter the limitations that have shackled us for so long. We will finally find the Blue Fang."

One of the Tusk officials, a brilliant, almost serpentine scientist named Krael, stepped forward. "But, sir, are we truly certain the Ogen will uphold their end of the bargain? Their technology is undeniably impressive, but we risk divulging our most guarded secrets."

The Tusk leader's expression turned glacial, his voice dripping with venomous menace. "We have no alternative, Krael. Our creations, no matter how formidable, are constrained by our own technological shortcomings. We require the Ogen's expertise to elevate our life forms to the next terrifying level. With their aid, we will create a being capable of annihilating Arkea and seizing the Blue Fang agency for ourselves. Then, the Blue Fang will be ours."

Krael's eyes widened in dawning comprehension. "You intend to create a Kaijuu powerful enough to kill Arkea, take over the agency, and thus gain access to the Blue Fang?"

The Tusk leader's horns gleamed with malevolent intent. "Precisely. And with the Ogen's technology, combined with the Blue Fang's power, we will be unstoppable. The universe will be ours."

Meanwhile, light-years away on the Ogen's home planet, their leader, an ancient, almost ethereal being named Erebus, sat enthroned amidst a constellation of holographic displays and humming futuristic machinery.

He addressed his advisors in a voice that resonated with both profound antiquity and sharp intellect.

"The Tusk's life evolution and creation formula is the crucial key to our very survival," Erebus declared, his eyes burning with a fierce, almost desperate determination. "Our bodies may be frail, but our minds are razor-sharp. With the Tusk's biological secrets, we can forge new, more resilient forms for ourselves, ensuring the continuation of our species and securing the Blue Fang."

One of the Ogen advisors, a brilliant, almost crystalline scientist named Lyra, spoke up, her voice a melodious hum. "But, sir, at what cost? We risk ceding our technological superiority to a species that has consistently displayed hostility towards us."

Erebus's expression became somber, his voice laced with a deep, weary resignation. "We have no choice, Lyra. Our lifespan is tragically brief, and our current forms are fragile. We must take this risk, no matter how immense, to ensure our survival and finally claim the Blue Fang. The Tusk may be the agency's enemies, but they are not our enemies... yet."

As the two leaders solidified their perilous agreement, the fate of the Blue Fang agency, and indeed, the entire galaxy, hung precariously in the balance. The impending trade between the Tusk and the Ogen would unleash far-reaching consequences. Only time would reveal if it would lead to salvation or utter annihilation.

Yet, their combined intelligence and advanced technology utterly failed to detect the silent, spectral presence of Mucher Karadara, the Core-1 agent, standing effortlessly above their very building, his senses soaking in every word of their clandestine conversation. The most sophisticated guards and external surveillance systems remained completely oblivious to Mucher's silent espionage.

Who exactly is the Blue Fang, and why is this individual the ultimate prize that both the Tusk and Ogen are willing to risk everything to capture?
