"How eloquent of you," Laeh sneered openly. "You said such beautiful things about Love as if you know it."
Noah laughed. "Darling, I am called the Primordial Husband. Mind you, it's a title I didn't choose."
"So what?"
"Do I need to spell it out for you? I never knew my sister was so stupid." Noah said with a grin. Laeh's eye twitched heavily, but before she could complain, Noah already continued.
"But aren't I the best brother? So let me explain it to you. If I, the Primordial Husband, do not know about love, then no one does."
He shook his head, continuing his braiding. "Are you maybe forgetting who you have in front of you?"
"And how could I not?" Laeh shrugged simply, shifting her head slightly in a way that made Noah's hands miss, his lips twitching.
She continued smoothly, "You are never here. You are always out, as if there is something, somewhere, better to be than here, your home. Your—!"
