"Yet they did." Law said. "Still, they did it in a way that felt too convenient for it to be by themselves alone."
"You mean," Soleil said, "that there are traitors inside the universe?"
"Does it surprise you? It shouldn't, Bearer of Sun. If even your mother could betray her own brother for power…"
Law smiled with her only facial features — her eyes.
"…what would stop the other beings of the universe from doing the same? Nothing, Bearer of Sun. Nothing at all."
Soleil's sun-like eyes were fixed on Law impassively.
Since the beginning of this meeting, the Light-Touched had been furiously trying to get him out of his zone; to make him wrathful by constantly attacking his mother.
