"Yah!" Rin punched the turtle shell immediately, the entire Sea King-class turtle trembled violently. Cracks began to form on the shell's surface, thin lines creeping across its ancient carapace. Though not shattered, the Politburo Sea Turtle was clearly struck hard. Jolted by pain, it began thrashing wildly, the shockwave making it difficult for Rin to maintain his footing on the shell. That strike had revealed Rin's location to the turtle its eyes widened as it tried to look over its shoulder, but its neck was simply too short to turn fully. If this turtle had been able to see its own back, it would've been a master of flexibility.
"You've got some crazy defense, huh?" Rin muttered, glancing at the fine cracks. A punch like that would have shattered boulders or fractured mountains yet this turtle's shell had merely splintered. Its natural armor was formidable, even against the Pika Pika no Mi's raw power.
Suddenly, the turtle tucked in its head and all four limbs, turning itself into a massive armored dome, and began to spin like a top. Its goal was clear: use centrifugal force to hurl Rin off its back.
"Hey, you overgrown kame pretty clever!" Rin laughed with admiration, noting how the turtle was using both defense and motion to counterattack. He crouched low, gripping the fractures in the shell tightly and wedging his body into the ridges.
Each spin sent Rin slightly airborne, but thanks to his grip and reflexes, he stayed attached. The turtle grew more agitated, beginning to slam into nearby structures and the sea floor in a blind rage. If this kept up, Fish-Man Island could be reduced to rubble.
"Alright, enough spinning you're giving me motion sickness." Rin growled. Activating the Pika Pika no Mi, he turned into a beam of light and shot off the turtle's back, soaring through the seawater like a golden flash. The turtle, unaware he had left, continued to crash around mindlessly, damaging the coral hills and royal grounds of the island.
"Stop now!" Rin reappeared directly in front of the turtle's path, his arm pulled back, coated entirely in Busoshoku Haki. He caught the turtle's momentum with a punch. The impact was so immense that Rin skidded backward through the water, his feet carving trenches in the seabed. But the turtle's movement halted his shell held fast by Rin's defiance. Around them, ruined buildings and cracked coral reefs floated, remnants of the turtle's rampage.
"You're going to pay for this destruction!" Rin roared, his fist still clad in Armament Haki. He delivered another crushing blow straight to the turtle's front shell, launching it backward into a nearby mountain range.
Boom! The mountain cracked open on contact, debris scattering through the water like stardust. The turtle groaned, its limbs slowly extending again, its body visibly worn.
"If you thought Fish-Man Island was an easy target, you should've asked my captain first." Rin glared at the turtle. Whether the Sea King understood him or not, it stirred in response its eye burning with indignation.
Furious, the turtle began flailing its limbs, creating fierce undercurrents and whirlpools in the surrounding water. The vortex spiraled outward, destabilizing the seafloor.
"Trying to drown me in your wake? Heh." Rin scoffed. He blinked away, zipping between currents with pinpoint precision using his light-speed movement. Though the surrounding waters roiled, Rin's swift blinking between angles minimized the turbulence, ensuring the whirlpools didn't affect the distant clashes where Artoria was locked in combat with the venomous sea snake, and Casa and Enel were facing the massive sea frog.
Meanwhile, the exhausted Sea King-class turtle began to falter. Its speed decreased, its body sluggish.
"This is it!" Rin narrowed his eyes and fired a laser from his fingertip. The glowing beam shot toward the turtle but sensing the incoming attack, the turtle instinctively withdrew into its shell again. The beam struck the armored dome, leaving behind only a singed black mark.
"Tch. Tough shell," Rin muttered. Realizing the turtle wasn't going to emerge again anytime soon, he pivoted and rushed off toward his teammates, knowing Artoria and the others might need support.

Back at the other battlefield, Casa and Enel had arrived just after Rin's retreat. They'd trusted Rin to deal with the turtle, while Artoria was still fending off the venomous serpent. That left only one beast in front of them now the towering sea frog.
"Wroooargh!" The amphibian beast let out a guttural croak as Casa and Enel approached, its balloon-like throat inflating and deflating in warning.
"Listen here, big guy!" Enel shouted back. "I don't care if you understand me you're not going any farther!"
The frog growled in return, its beady eyes narrowing. Enel didn't flinch.
"What's the point in chit-chat.just take it down!" Casa barked, rushing forward with enhanced speed. His arms bulged, muscles thickening unnaturally. That was the power of the Mad Bull Fruit, a Zoan-type Devil Fruit that boosted his physical strength dramatically.
Dum-dum-dum! Thunder drums rang from Enel's back, summoning one of his signature lightning beasts. From the electrically charged drum emerged a bird formed from pure lightning, sheathed in a hydro-insulating gel to keep the attack controlled underwater. It squawked once and dove straight toward the frog.
The sea frog reacted quickly, spitting out its long tongue to intercept the bird mid-flight. The moment tongue met lightning, the electrical energy surged through the frog's body, singing its tongue and forcing it to recoil in pain. The gel had ensured that only the frog was affected—not Enel's allies.
Despite the injury, the frog was still ready to fight. Smoke curled from its mouth, its battle will undeterred.
