The two pulled away to get some air, though Wooyun suspected Junghwa could've kept going even at the expense of suffocating from lack of oxygen entering his lungs.
The young man felt hot all over. His cheeks flushed, and he found himself unable to look his master in the eye.
"We should call it a day," he heard the Demon King say, making him look up.
What he saw took his breath away. Junghwa's eyes looked red, almost bloodshot, and the tips of his ears had turned red. Wooyun then dared himself to do something he never thought he'd ever be able to do. His eyes flickered down, and his pupils retracted. A mass the size of pounded rice looked back at him almost angrily.
The young man took an unconscious step back. He laughed inwardly. "Yeah…that's a final boss I am not ready to face right now."
