The Demon Lord said as he watched the blades of grass dance in the wind. The sky looked bright and blue, and the warm sun shone on his face. Yet, despite the beautiful space he'd created using his art, it didn't calm his unsettled heart. It only frayed his nerves.
He waved his hand and the scenery changed back to the pavilion of judgement. He trudged to his wooden bench, running his fingers through his hair. His sharp brows knit together in a frown. "…I'm just realizing how much I've let things slide. I really have been too soft on my sneaky disciple."
