At this moment layer of silence covered the entire cafeteria due to Alice's actions. Thoughts scattered from side of the room to the other side- some were in disbelief others were in sheer awe and amazement.
…I'm sorry, but could you say that one more time.
Gladly, I Alice Ethereal, challenges Hela Augustus to a duel.
The silence in the room vanished as the tide of sound came crashing in. The entire cafeteria erupted with screams and roars, but how could they have not been. Two elite level students fighting was quite the sight to see.
Hey Alice, I don't know what you're trying to pull, but-
No, it's fine, Kaiser. I can handle this.
…
Now Alice- what makes you think that I'd just accept your invitation so willingly? I see no benefits to this at all.
At the sound of this question a grin ran across Alice's face from ear to ear. Her confident eyes and her remarkable posture oozed certainty.
Oh, I know you'll accept my challenge.
And why is that?
Because you have a lot more to lose from this confrontation than I do. Just think about it- how will the daughter of the King be viewed after declining a challenge from on of her peers In broad day light?
The smile on her face grew even wider as she felt the balance of control shifting her direction.
"She has no choice but to accept my challenge. Even if she decides too not, her lose is guaranteed. Face it Hela this is checkmate"
Alright I accept.
Tsk, typical- knew you would- wait? Huh? You accept?
Yes, I accept. I sincerely hope that you weren't opting for me to decline.
Pfft of course not. I'm just surprised that you'd actually accept.
Well yes of course I'll accept, but only on two conditions.
At the hearing of Hela's response screams could be heard from the cafeteria- awes and gasps creeping left and right but coming from those screams was pure ignorance to the shift in presence.
Only those of a certain caliber could feel the shift in presence, and those who felt it the most was Alice and Kaiser. A presence so threatening it caused Crya and Micheal to stop arguing immediately.
My first condition is that no teachers shall be present during the fight.
This condition caused Alice to flinch back. No teachers, Alice thought - uncertain of if she should agree to this condition, but soon all of that flew out the window as the second request came.
My second request is for you to not regret choosing to challenge me.
Huh? To not regret?
Precisely.
"Does she view herself that much stronger than me or is this just pure arrogance? Regardless of which one it was only one thing is certain. She's dead serious."
After thinking Alice decided to agree to Hela's conditions in front of every student present that day solidifying the dual between Hela and Alice. And with that the lunch bell rung signaling for students to proceed back to their classrooms including Hela.
…Alice what the hell were you thinking?!
What are you talking about?
…Don't play dumb. You challenging Hela was not a smart move.
…
Hello? Iris to Alice? Are you there? I'm not talking to a brick wall now, am I?
I have my reasons and that's all you need to know. Just make sure you show up later today.
And with that Alice and Crya walked off leaving Kaiser in distraught. As hard as they tried to Kaiser and Micheal couldn't come up with an actual reason for Alice to challenge her.
Regardless one thing was abundantly clear. Alice telling him to show up had a lot more meaning than what it appeared to be on the surface.

"Time in school that day passed by regularly- students attended their classes- teachers taught their students, and most of all Alice and Hela were the most regular. In fact, they were so regular that it was strange- they continued their day as is the events prior that day hadn't happen, and this continued all the way up until the end of school."
Damn… I still feel like this isn't a good idea, Micheal.
Me neither. Let's just head to the location spot.
Where is the location spot?
It's at the old battleground arena near clover city.
I see well let's head over there before we're too late.
***
Pacing towards the scene Micheal and Kaiser approached the gates surrounding the arena only to be met with Alice and Hela standing parallel to each other motionless. But at the same time Kaiser could feel their intense pressure clashing into one another with relenting force, and while looking around Kaiser finally understood this to be the reason of why only a handful of people were on the other side of the gate.
Deciding to get a better look Kaiser moved closer to the arena with Micheal steadily trailing behind him. And as Kaiser got closer, he began to hear the conversation between Alice and Hela.
Are you sure you want to go through with this? We could always just cancel this and just got home.
Yeah as if. You and I both know there's no turning back now.
Well suit yourself.
And just like that the crushing pressure that surrounded the arena completely dissipated into thin air leaving Kaiser stunned, and before Kaiser could even take a breath the battle between them began.
Alice was the first one to make a move- speeding her way down the arena she decides to get up and close with Hela in a hand-to-hand fight. With each attack she threw a swift sound followed as if she was cutting through air- each attack backed by an elemental ability glowing with vigor, but with the fluent motion of the wind Hela was effortlessly dodging every attack.
Redirecting and countering Alice's attacks Hela made it very clear that in terms of hand-to-hand combat she was the superior fighter.
If you keep this up the fight will be over in no time.
Tsk!
