With a startled gasp, I jerked my head up when Zeeland barged inside looking all red with anger.
"I'm sure you never planned to send me to my early grave." I hissed.
"Sorry about that." He murmured and sat down on the bed close to me. He peered into the book I was reading. "Romance huh?"
I shrugged. "I was feeling a little bit bored, I thought this would help while away my boredom while you are in the meeting room with the king makers and the rest of the leaders."
"I see." He muttered and sighed.
"What's wrong?" I asked and closed the book in my hand. "Did something happened?"
He shook his head and flashed me a rueful smile. "Nothing." He murmured and placed his head on my outstretched legs. "I am fine."
I snorted. "All the more reason why I should be alarmed. What happened at the meeting? Don't even bother lying, I can detect your emotions through your voice and I can tell you that you are not fine as you claim to be."
