"Hubby, I need to go to the restroom!" seeing the two chatting as if there were no others in the room, Sia nudged Simon.
Simon paused in his talking and looked at his wife and looked quite conflicted.
He wanted to continue to talk to Ruth, and yet he couldn't ignore Sia at all.
While stuck in the middle of a rock and a hard place, Kevin who had been silent for a while suddenly spoke, offering, "how about I go with her? I will bring her back in one piece!"
Simon didn't think that Kevin would offer something like that. Even though Kevin was not a threat, he didn't feel that it was okay for him to do so. He might as well go with Sia, or let Ruth go with her than sending Kevin.
However, before could voice out his thoughts, Sia spoke up, "That's good. You can go with me. Since we can't contribute much to the topic, we can't disturb you," her words shutting whatever Simo wanted to say.
Ruth even echoed, "Sure, you guys can go. I still need to have a chat with brother-in-law, right!"
