It wasn't that he was slow; the Ghost Toad bodies contained venom and stubborn Demon Qi that required extreme caution.
The Ghost Frog King's skin was especially dangerous. The green venom on it was particularly fierce; with just a touch, Lin Xuankong's Qi Blood started depleting rapidly. Each breath cost him three or four points. At this horrifying rate, an ordinary Martial Cultivator would be dead in just a few breaths!
