The Chapter get Retranslated
At this moment, the blond youth seemed to have noticed Mizu. Seeing Mizu rescue the little girl, his face filled with anger as he roared at Mizu, "Who are you?! Why are you destroying my art?!"
"Who are you? Why are you attacking this place?! Not even sparing ordinary people!!!" Mizu asked coldly, looking at the youth in the air.
"Me? My name is Deidara, and I am an artist! As for the reason, there is no reason, it's merely to display my art to the world," the youth named Deidara said proudly, holding his head high.
"Art?" Mizu frowned slightly. "Is there something wrong with this guy's head? Attacking civilians and causing destruction everywhere without reason like this will surely lead to him being hunted by the great nations eventually.
But the headband on his forehead is... Hidden Stone Village, is this guy a Hidden Stone ninja?" Mizu thought to himself.
"Hey!!! Who are you?! You don't look like a Hidden Village ninja; you must be a rogue ninja, wearing a mask, really playing the part of a mysterious trickster!!" Deidara said disdainfully, looking at Mizu.
"Attacking civilian towns without cause like this will get you hunted by the great nations, even if you are a ninja from Hidden Stone Village," Mizu said calmly.
"What do I care if those great nations hunt me down? I'll show them what true art is! And as for Hidden Stone Village, I've long since wanted to leave.
Looking at that old man's grumpy face all day makes me incredibly annoyed!! It's nothing but a cage for me, stifling my passion and creativity!! Hm." Deidara said indifferently.
"This guy...!" Mizu thought, feeling a little helpless. He had never seen such an oddball. A ninja launching large-scale attacks on ordinary people during peacetime—this was disrupting the balance between ninjas and civilians.
No country would allow it. Mizu couldn't even imagine how terrifying it would be if the Five Great Nations fully committed to hunting someone down.
Without a supporting faction, it would be almost impossible to move an inch, unless one's goal was to be an enemy of the Five Great Nations from the start, but Mizu had never heard of any faction daring to do that.
"But then again, you must also be amazed by my art, right? I bet under that mask of yours is a truly shocked expression," Deidara said excitedly, as if he had thought of something.
"Your ninjutsu is indeed quite powerful, but what do you gain from attacking these civilians? Any ninja can easily kill ordinary people. Doing this doesn't prove anything; it's just self-gratification.
You call yourself an artist, don't you? Artists should have a certain caliber, just like a famous artist would disdain an ordinary piece of work. Attacking these civilians doesn't prove your art," Mizu said slowly.
He knew that with this guy's personality, he could only be gently persuaded, and couldn't be directly told things like, 'I won't let you continue attacking here.'
Although Mizu didn't consider himself a good person, he couldn't bring himself to senselessly slaughter ordinary civilians. He couldn't control other places, but since it was happening right before his eyes, he couldn't stand idly by.
Listening to Mizu's words, Deidara fell into contemplation. "Caliber, grade?" he muttered to himself, and a gleam in his eyes grew brighter, as if he had realized something.
Clenching his fist and hitting his palm, Deidara seemed to have figured something out, his eyes shining brighter as he excitedly said, "You're right, my art is of high caliber and high grade; not just anyone can appreciate it!!! If just anyone could appreciate my art, then wouldn't my art become ordinary!!!"
"Heh heh," Mizu chuckled softly, looking at Deidara. "This is an interesting fellow; his mind is truly simple."
However, Deidara's next words instantly changed Mizu's expression. He opened his mouth and said, "You're actually pretty good; I'm quite satisfied with your suggestions for my art. And from the looks of it, you're a rogue ninja, barely good enough, so I'll let you witness my art for free!!"
"What!!!" Mizu's expression changed drastically. He immediately used a Body Flicker Technique to quickly rush out of the town. Fortunately, only a part of the town had been destroyed. If he continued to use his ninjutsu, the entire town would be annihilated.
"What do you mean?! I'm specifically letting you watch my art; you should feel honored! Why are you running?! Stop running!!!" Deidara stomped his foot and cursed, then the white bird beneath him began to move, quickly chasing after Mizu's figure.
Mizu's speed was incredibly fast, his figure streaking through the forest like a black shadow. But Deidara's speed was also not slow, and being in flight, the large white bird he rode gradually closed in on Mizu's figure.
"Hmph!!!" Mizu snorted coldly, speeding up again. "Damn it!!" Deidara cursed, then urged the white bird to keep up, though this would increase his chakra consumption.
Passing through dense forests, Mizu's figure appeared in an open clearing and stopped, standing quietly on the grass, seemingly waiting for Deidara.
Finally, Deidara, riding the white bird, also arrived. With a gentle flap of its enormous wings, the white bird hovered above the clearing. Deidara laughed loudly and said, "Now let's see how you run. Now I'll let you enjoy my art for free!!! Hm."
"Oh? You want to pit your art against my ninjutsu? Why didn't you just say so?" Mizu said calmly.
"You're right, your words were enlightening and elevated my art. I should seek worthy opponents to prove the greatness of my art, and you don't seem very weak, so I'm granting you the special privilege of being the first to witness my art!!!" Deidara said excitedly.
