Gangyu saw the cowboy shoot his shots. He dodged them with almost no movement. As, the bullets destroyed Buildings behind him, destroying half of each building.
Making the two heroes that tried to stop him shocked at the power the cowboy man just showed.

Gangyu appeared and punched the cowboy's gut before he could react. Making him wide eyed at the punch that he felt on his body.

His speed had increased monstrously, and whoever he wants to take revenge upon on, Gangyu should be able to defeat him. Dylan had gotten the description by Gangyu that he wanted to defeat a young boy who was a top tier criminal.
"Shit...It feels like i'm being looked down on."
The cowboy saw the deadly gaze of Gangyu lingering on him. he felt annoyed and then stood on his feet.
"How about this!"
He shot multiple bullets, that came to Gangyu at shocking speeds. Which, Gangyu dodged them all and caught one in his hand.
"Wow..."
Gangyu increased his speed with his powers. The chaotic energy sizzling across his body, as he created a claw from his chaotic energy. Stabbing the cowboy, then hitting him repeadtedly.
"Gah!"
He then kicked him up, and kicked him back to the ground.

The cowboy hit the ground hard, now Gangyu jumped as high as he could to gain momentum. As, he was aiming for the cowboys heart.
"So...this is how i die....how pitiful of me, I never stood a chance...."
The cowboy man chuckled, as he coughed up blood, he wasn't a match for Gangyu. He never was, and would never will.

Gnagyu killed the man with ease, as he looked towards Dylan.
Dylan gave him a thumbs up.
"W-Woah! S-So powerful!"
The two heroes exclaimed, wondering if he was this powerful before.

Dylan saw far afar a couple individuals and especially those described by Gangyu. He floated down, and stood in front of Gangyu.
"I found them as you described, ready?"
Gangyu eyes became sharp, as he looked at Dylan with resolute determination.
"Where master?"
"Five miles to the east."
Gangyu didn't waste no time in going as fast as he can in that direction.
"Hmmm...."
He looked at the two heroes who saw them.
"You two can head back and do your thing, we'll be handling this problem ourselves."
Dylan then flew behind Gangyu. Both heroes couldn't say anything and instantly contacted the higher ups.

Seunghwan was exited as he shouted with gee. Making both of Sinka's priced bodyguards and slaves to stand down.
They were not wearing their collars which were their limiters. The man has transformed into a wolf man, while the woman now just had feline features but their power grew.
"But Seunghwan darling, we need to really wait it out."
"Nope it's now!"
Seunghwan giggled as he flew towards Gangyu's direction. A girl floating using her powers just emotionally looked at Seunghwan go. She was the other B5 criminal and she was just as dangerous as Seunghwan.
She didn't care of human lives, and went with Sinka's crazy plan. As, she was bored and would follow such plan.
"Haha! Seo Gangyu we can fight again!"
Seunghwan happily appeared in front of Gangyu who stopped. But instantly attacked, making the boy widened at that. He grinned, as he stopped Gangyu's attack by condensing space.
"Hehe~ Always attacking first like nothing, I was just about to say something nice."
"Die."
Gangyu broke through with sheer will, making Seunghwan shocked. As, he felt like he was about to die. For Seunghwan to instantly try his hardest to stop him. Making it work, and then quickly blue orbs blasted against Gangyu's body.

Sending Gangyu flying, but he quickly composed himself and was not playing around.

Like the second time, Gangyu condensed the area around them, making it impossible for Seunghwan to go anywhere. Using his chaotic power to create a separate dimension.
"I'm going after him."
Sinka was going to open a portal to Seunghwan location. As, she would save him so, she doesn't loose Seunghwan. She needs his genes to create a powerful child.
"You're not going anywhere."
The floating girl instantly widened, she quickly was in high alert. The cat woman hissed, as she got into her fours. Same with the wolf man, as he growled feeling his hairs go up. Sinka also felt it, a sense of dread washing over her.
They saw man floating down.
"Go."
The B5 girl criminal froze Dylan. Making Sinka smile in appreciating her effort.

No one could enter, many video feeds were being recorded live and the higher ups were watching wondering whats happening and who was Dylan. He was trying his move he been honing, this power that he wields to create his own dimension.
