Kaelith turned stiff at his words. 'He knows?' his brain tinged as he heartbeat best faster than usual. He sighed as he took his eyes off Leonhardt.
"How did you even know? I was certain I didn't make any sound."
"Just answer the question, Kaelith. I sure do have my ways." Leonhardt said with a frustrated sigh.
Kaelith said flatly, "From when you started talking to that subordinate of yours. I know that you ain't freeing the people and that's not worse, you're going to kill more. You're going to your dad's place tonight and probably going to discuss who as who not to kill."
"Do you really have to do this?" Kaelith genuinely asked as he stared at Leonhardt, finally looking him back in the eyes.
"Yes." Leonhardt didn't take his eyes off him as he said, "And please, don't tell me not to. Don't even try to interfere, it'll be bad."
