Lirae's ears were bright red as she panted and heaved, her chest rising and falling with each ragged breath. A fine sheen of sweat glistened on her skin, catching the dim light as she struggled to steady herself. Her heart hammered against her ribs, a frantic rhythm that matched the dizzying spin in her head.
"My love… " She tried to pull Damon up from the embarrassing position he was currently in, but the man showed no signs of budging.
