Damon's entire family who should have technically been in a safe zone collecting reputation points for the soul strength quest were now in prison behind bars. Lola was the only one who managed to run away, that too only long enough for her to send a message to Damon.
Damon could see that her name was already greyed out which could only mean that she was also now arrested and thrown into a prison cell.
The world around Damon seemed to blur as his mind absorbed the blow from all directions. Everything seemed to be escalating fast as off a sudden.
