In the Graveyard forests, Amelia looked at the area once she reached there, pulling out her phone to try to seek Kael's support and see if the team she had asked for was there or not.
However, as soon as she pulled out her phone, she noticed no signal symbol on the top corner. Someone was using a signal jammer here.
A sigh left her mouth when she felt someone's presence behind her, and her hand immediately reached for the dagger on her waist.
"I am not here to harm you, yet." Dominic's cold voice appeared right behind her, and she quickly turned before stepping back to create some distance between them.
Her amber eyes narrowed at the man who raised his hands in mock surrender.
"I didn't think you would quit from the trials for real and come here. Since you completed your part of the promise, I should complete mine, too, right?" Dominic asked.
