Dante and Nikolas then sitted in the middle of the arena to catch there breath and realise that everyone is okey now, Ahab then approached them and asked:
"Are your brains still functioning?"
"Barely and now i have even more questions" answered Dante
"Ask while we take the long"
Dante and Nikolas then stood up and followed Ahab out of the arena to there next destination, on there way, Dante asked and Ahab answered.
"What the hell was that thing behind the fourth gate?"
"For me to answer that i will need to explain to you how the military system here works, there are seven ranks in the military, each spartan or lets say a warrior because there are three different armies in the seven worlds, spatans are one of the three armies and before you ask how many warriors in one army, there are five million, which is a total of 15 million warriors in the worlds combined, anyway where was i? Oh yeah back to ranks, as i was saying there seven ranks in the army and those are:
Fodder, the one you fought first, if you can call that a fight.-"
"Damn i didn't know this was there official name."
"Yeah sucks to be called a fodder which for that they strive to get better and leave that old shameful rank, then there's
The footmen, which are the silver spartans you fought earlier.
Al nokhba, which means the elites in Arabic, those were the golden Spartans, then you have.
Al kadah, which means the Leaders in Arabic, again, and do you remember the fourth gate? Behind it was one of the five leaders, each leader leads one million troop and the army is separated into 5 sections, each section is the responsibility of a leader to command and train."
"So you mean to tell me that i and Nikolas were going to fight a man who leads and commands one million troop??"
"Yes, anyway among these leaders there is one of them who is called
Magister belli, means the cheif of war, this one is simply the strongest and the wisest among al kadah, and his opinion is always heard in the big meetings, after him there is
Exercitus solitarius, i dont know from where to start, but imagine with me all the 5 million including all the five kadah? Throw them at a compriser and you will get a form of walking energy that can throw hands with aprime user and obviously if there are three armies then there are three of the exercitus solitarius and from here we can go to the final rank which is
Absolūtus ūnus, means theabsolute one, to put it simply for you this is all the Exercitus solitarius combining into one being that can use planets as weapons and basically he is all the fifteen million into one."
"Thats crazy, is that everythingin the lightning world? Other than the titan and i already know him." Nikolas
"There is dragons, mythical beings and some legendary special warriors that are not counted in the army...and one of the seven gurdians."
"The same gurdians whom one of them absolutely destroyed me in my first fight with you?
"Yes but he is not in this world in most times, its another one."
"You had me excited for a moment."
"Anyway we have reached our destination now."
After a long chat they came across a dimensional gate that goes to five of the seven worlds, Ahab adjusted the portal to take them the fire world.
"Come on, dont worry, no more slides in here."
"I hope so..." Nikolas
They entered the gate and found themselvs in a white place with random objects that are coloured black floating around, there was pens, exotic weapons and even people, Dante had to ask:
"What is all of that?" Ahab answered:
"Its all the things that i have imagined and saw it unworthy or it will be a bad choice to keep remembering them and decided to forget about them, some of these people floating around are imaginational characters that i regret forgetting about them because i didn't have much time for them or didn't give them quiet the attention, so they slowly faded away into the nothingness, in a space between the five worlds, a quiet space for them to sleep."
"Thats really sad." Dante replied
As they walked, Dante looked around at the black objects and thought about what do they feel in silence.
"Okay, here we are at the end of the line."
Ahab stood next to a red and orange door and told them:
"After you."
The moment Dante and Nikolas went out, all they saw was fire everywhere, mountain range with holes on it,and the sky was black with yellow rays of light on it and a every large pond of lava in the middle, Nikolas asked:
"Where have you taken us?hell?"
"Oh no, my vision of hell is much different than this, because this is Khopes ardentis or the fire world, one of the three worlds that got an army of its own."
"You mean to tell this world got actual people that live in it."
"Eat and drink too."
"And where exactly is this?
"inside the mountains with holes, this is where they live, eat and drink."
"Must be a hard life."
"Kind of comfy from the inside really, anyway who is in the mode to fight something." Dante then replied:
"I am ready to fight anything that is not human." Ahab replied to him:
"Then activate your armour."
"Say what?-"
At this moment a gaint lava crawler with a dog's head came from underneath the smoldering ground.
"Now thats something worth being excited to fight." Said Nikolas as he extended his fingers and changed them into diamond chains imitating what seems to be five daimond chain whips from his hands.
The beast then charged at Dante and slashed the air causing three energy slashes to hit Dante at the speed 200km/h
Dante responded to this by flipping his hammer locating the grip end forward, from it came a form of blue energy that acted as a sheild to block the slashes of the beast.
The sheild did block the slash and the beast apeared right behind the slash but the sheild still blocked the attack, Dante said:
"That brings up some memories."
He then deactivated the sheild, smashed the beasts head by swinging the hammer from behind then upward then directly at the head, although this wasn't enough to kill it, at the same time, Nikolas apeared from above pinning the beast at its palce with a chain of daimonds, cutted his fingers and opened his arms open wide released a hurricane of water on the beast, that ended up turning the beast into pure lava causing him to retreat.
"Easy BITCH" Screamed Dante
"Is there anything else we could do here that is not fighting?" Asked Nikolas
"There are some weird activities and sports in here, you may not like it or get bored from it so lets just keep moving."
"Whatever you say man."
"If you say so."
On there way to the next gate, Nikolas was going to ask Dante a question but before that, Ahab stopped and said:
"You do realise that within the range of this world i am omnipotent right? That means i can already hear your inner thoughts without trying, so dont try to hide anything, everything is all clear to me."
"Thats kind of a dick move but fine, Dante haven't you realised that ever since we entered the nexus wall, Ahab have been very emotionless?"
"Actually that you bring that up, i was also wondering why you have been quite heartless, hell, when i tried to look at your emotions, what i saw seemed like very pale grey waves emitting from you, they were very calm as there was no memory to move it, it was so perfect and calm as a pond of water with no life in it, may i ask what does that mean because when we where in the real world you were very funny and had all kinds of different feelings.
Ahab then turned around to face them while his eyes are clossed, he then opened it and said
"You two already know that i am special right? I am not just the choosen one of this century i am as how someone once said the choosen among the choosens(Ahab was referring to that conversation that happened between Mirosłow and Braulio), ever since i was a child, i always knew that everything comes with a price, no matter what it is and probably this was my curse and blessing at the same time, when normal element users try to manifest something, they use their element, will and mind to manifest it, however for me, i dont need the element in most of the times or to be specific, i need a minimum amount of Element and i can manifest all that i want however, for such power i had to make a sacrifice that sacrifice was to give my ability to express emotions away obtain such power, with a second price to pay and that is whenever i use the element i see things no obe sees, i hear thingx no one hears, these things came from the very hell i built to torment me-"
"Wow wow wow wow wow what is that insanity that you are speaking off right now?"
"How do you think i was able to fight you and take direct hits from the combined power of the unyielding slavs in the same time all while being level 1 element? In reality when i fought you, i wasn't fighting you and the slavs, i was also fighting the very nightmares that i have created to torture me and the more i fought them the more i had the enough power to fight you, that is in addition to the sudden extreme pain that feel throughout my body randomly to further increase the price i am paying, and obviously the more element i have is the less the price of torture and suffering i have to pay for, this "blessing" also made the cost of element to summon anything from hell quite significantly cheaper because it knows that i would never hurt anyone who is not my enemy, even when i am fighting someone, my first priority is to make sure no one is hurt from me or from my enemy, this awful blessing is tempting me to summon the hellish nightmares to defeat my enemies at the price of gambling the lives of anyone around me because these nightmares are mostly likely to not care about anyone's life or will intentionally kill someone for fun before i take control back and the moment i take control back, i am just met with a dead innocent life and that nightmare would whisper things like "too late, noble heart", sometimes but that is very rare i might be able to express my feelings without element, in most times whenever i have element, one of the gurdians would share control over myself and express the right feelings that i should express, as for my personal feelings? I shared them to my gurdians to make them both stronger and understand humanity more easily, Dante, the one you fought wasn't just the first gurdian, he was my brother my twin, he was with me ever since i was a child, he protected me and i guided him in our most important moments, he didn't even need to take any of my feelings when started distributing them to the gurdians when i was eleven years old,...he is...everything to me...he is...my hope..."
And out of the blue, a tear came down from Ahab's left eye, despite this yet his face didn't change, he didn't sob or do anything, he then turned around and said:
"Come on, we wouldn't stay here for an eternity."
