"Hello Carver," the person said, "I'm guessing you have a moment for a quick chat?"
"Well, I don't have much of a choice now, do I?" Reid said as he gestured towards the chains that bound him to a metal chair.
He was currently in....well, he didn't actually know where he was, but if he had to make a guess, it was probably some type of abandoned warehouse in an unknown corner of Los Angeles.
And he'd be wrong.
Hanging above him was a light which prevented him from making out the form of whoever was sitting right in front of him.
All he could see was a pair of glowing blue orbs which he assumed were eyes, which was a bit scary.
"You're right," the person said again, his tone sounding completely calm, "now then, I'm willing to give you one chance."
The person leaned forward a bit, revealing the face of a man barely into his adult years, but at this point his age didn't matter in the least bit.
Reid was immediately spooked by the look his blue eyes held.
